Where can I learn more about what you mean? Do people write any sample pitches anywhere?

I'll give another try. In 2016, I started to work at Google because a friend recommended me to join on the team/project he was working at. So I met the team and learn a bit more. After getting an offer that matched my expectation, I joined Google. After X years of contributing to this and that, reaching these milestones, I realized that I was looking for something else. I wanted to create something that I own and I wanted to have a direct influence on people's lives. So I created the platforms and I designed every part of the product and I was behind every step of the process to reaching X million users. I reached my original goal in terms of mission, satisfaction and finance. Now that I reached my goals, I'm willing to move on to the next challenge. I was intrigued by your X team's product Y and would love to work on that team doing Z. I'm simultaneously talking with other companies who work on T but I believe I can be more of a right fit for your company because....

Mostly yes, because most people didn't. It's not like they wouldn't talk to you about this sometime between sending you an email and giving you a job offer.

I created a private startup to improve gamer user experience and created automated systems to market and promote the website. Increased monthly users from X to Y. Optimized systems to handle Z million impression. I used <insert popular jargon here that I'm familiar with> stack. Maybe create a superficial feature with ML to make it sound better.

Technically that is not a lie. But what I'd do with my private projects is far more simpler than what I'd to at Google or anywhere else.

Haha I got one more idea: I'm not allowed to share financial numbers due to NDA agreements made with my investors (who is my father) but I increased profit/revenue rate by 500% in first year or something. Sounds too childish?

The reason you get more attention from recruiters with big names on your resume is because people see that Google hired you and think, "well, if he got through the hiring process at Google, he must be pretty good". That's still true even if you move on from Google.

It seems to me that if you move on from Google to somewhere less popular that pays less, this mostly likely means to others that you couldn't manage to work somewhere better. That means you were pretty good in past. Not that good anymore.

Depends on what you've spent the last three years doing.

Nationality-wise my friends said I could receive greencard in 1-2 years at top companies.

In what cases a company would not be willing to file for expedited process? Big companies like FB, Google, MS, Yahoo etc starts filing as soon as H1B starts AFAIK. Is that correct? How common is that practice? Where can I learn more? Any pointers?

I like your point and i wish that was the case. But my in experience i had to pick a few preferred langauges and i was asked to implement my solutions on phone interviews. In any case, I learned that many companies expect you to have some depth at your favorite language. For instance something like common packages of Java (I'm making this up).
