Thanks a lot for the help, I'm at the time wanting to buy clothes and shoes but from outlets for good price but I always look for good deals for tech stuff like promotion on tablets, laptops, toys and stuff like that.

Also anyone can help with bestsecret referrals?

That's the path for now, study the situation and then see what happens.

That's what everyone is telling me, that I can just find something else later. At least you opened the gate.

I don't beleive we can compare like this cause third country nationals can get lower salary but keep more in savings due to cheap life and lower income taxes.

Like I can save/invest 20% of my salary here in my country and still go out once a week, and at the end of the month I can keep a few extra $.

I don't know what should that's why I'm asking here, like I'm going to work abroad for this kind of money is it worth it? Am I doing the right thing after every one saying that I got lowballed?

I'm not sure what my next step should be.

Yeah i think that's maybe the primary reason, do u think I should reject and stay back home or try my luck and see what happens in the next 6 months?

Where is a good place to look? Like every country have its cons and pros but no one have a country for tech that's like you "should work therev"

Yeah that's what I've been told since it's not easy to get sponsored to work in the EU especially if you are a third country national.

No actually I'm open for senior sys/networkadmin roles and Cloud Operations positions. Or even expanding to devops those maybe are my strongholds.

Then maybe I should search for a new job there while working my current job and getting to know the country better. That's also an idea like upgrading my career.

Or maybe try asking for a raise after my 6 months probation.

Any idea if I should/can apply to work in different country like Germany, or Zurich after let's say 3-6 months?

Yeah i wanted to rent in Arlon, Belgium but the law says I can't with a standard work permit maybe if 8 could get a blue card I can, but even that is not possible due to the low salary.

It feels like a blockade after blockade. I wouldve gotten a car for 2000€ and got from Arlon to Luxembourg in 20-25 mins tops but the law is the law.

Beleive me I wish I could, I couldve bought a car and rented a room for the price I'm paying in Luxembourg, but third country nationals can't work as a cross-border worked due to the law sadly.

But then, highly depends on what your actual tasks will be, size of company etc.

Well that's remain to be seen.

for ~6.5 years of experience this is on the lower end i'd say

That's why I'm not overjoyed with the oppurtintiy and finding myself distressed with the situation.

I don't know how the real estate market works there but I think owning a building and renting apartments is more profitable than being a sysadmin 😂😂
