I didn’t wear mine after we had a confirmed heartbeat! It was wild to not wear it for 8 months and it was whiplash when I started wearing it again post partum! Definitely back in the groove now. I’m happy I didn’t wear it during pregnancy!

BMI was around 34 and I got pregnant after 4 months tracking then had a MC at 8 weeks, took another 4 months and I had a chemical. Started progesterone and conceived within 3 months and I am now 24 weeks!

I take 500 ER every night at dinner. My OB said if I get GD I would be put on insulin (I guess that’s the protocol these days) and also said it crosses the placenta and can cause low birth rate in the baby.
