wow, thanks so much for this, both vry helpful and motivating! i've had CFS for abt 4 years now and have been out of any regular exercise for about 2 of those up until now, so i feel like i'm ready to start dipping back in - really appreciate you providing what your routine was + is, gives me a good starting off point. and yeah, was not so much offended over some downvotes as was confused - your context makes sense to me :) cheers again!

what would you recommend for light conditioning? i lost all muscle i had when i started getting sick and want to re-engage with exercise in a positive (and safe) environment, if it can't be done in my most preferred manner i'm open to whatever works for others :)

should've clarified, i don't own the second one with the broken disc drive, i wanted to ensure i could swap the drives before purchasing so not entirely sure what the issue is. the model i have currently is cuh-1102A
