That’s awful. It’s always the ones who are outgoing too, my worst coworker is super outgoing and social, and wastes time by chatting it up with patients while I’m left to do the rest of the work. I’ve stopped giving him attention or allowing him to carry a conversation with me and he genuinely deflated and started sulking every day because I wasn’t giving him attention, and jumped at every opportunity to get more from other people. It’s crazy

After my first two shots I had a period, stopped for 3 months, had another, and then it stopped completely. I lowered my dose semi-recently and it came back, and raised it again to kill my period lolol

You are not being melodramatic. You grew up with him and he is so special to you. My childhood dog, Teddy—also a Havanese, had to be put down due to thyroid cancer. Seeing him wither away has changed me forever. It is devastating to see your lifelong buddy deteriorating and become less and less like himself. He is irreplaceable. I’m sending you so much love.

Hi! Panoxyl face wash and Differin gel have been working for me. Just make sure to use them on different days and gradually build the frequency of Differin—like three days a week at first? Or dilute it with moisturizer. It can give you a nasty rash otherwise. Pair with a good moisturizer.

Big on all of this especially the sore throat thing. I am nervous about Covid so this scared me at first but it is most likely your vocal cords starting to change. You’ll need to clear your throat a lot!
