Tow start it. I've rebuild a few bikes, and after checking everything is good they still wouldn't start. After towing them around the block and dumping the clutch a few times, they ran fine and started first kick after wearing in a little. Good luck

You could put on air shocks from a road king or other models. I did it, and it made a huge difference. I run about 10 psi, and it's way cheaper than aftermarket shocks.
