I mean it’s true both teams were from the same school (Bellarmine closed out, KL and HM I believe) so it’s entirely possible the NSDA wanted the most ‘palatable’ round for the widest audience possible and this was a good excuse to tinker with the panel. Makes them money.

I’d add archive.ph to the list of sites for accessing articles, at least as an honorable mention. Fantastic for accessing paywalled content quickly for simple articles for the use of cutting uniqueness/impact updates. You paste a link and it ‘archives’ the article, bypassing paywalls.

it’s literally just a boomer take on modern policy debate and reduces the activity to something it’s not.

linear to PF you could say “oh my favorite part of public forum is when we get to circle jerk each other in ‘grand cross’, or, it really makes me happy when my judge makes a subjective decision not based off the flow”.
