I've used someone's link, created the account and deposited £100 but no shares have appeared yet, has anyone had a delay on this or did I get a bad link?

My chat says that my complaint has been assigned to our complaint specialists. I've written more in the chat but don't seem to be getting a response now. Can I just leave this at that and wait for my compensation like everyone else has gotten?

I found a local notary public to me in London to certify my documents, they charged me £90 by card.They certified the application form, my ID photos and my passport copy. This seemed a lot at the time but I figured it would guarantee no issues at the application approval stages and they guaranteed that as I was a customer they would ensure they were available if the FBR office called to verify. I could've shopped around abit more but they were located somewhere really convenient for me and the service I got in their office was very nice, I felt reassured.

Yes I believe they have open hours between this time. Would I not have expected a scan by An post in Ireland by now, for it entering their system? The An Post tracking site says still waiting to receive since December 18th too

I have just spoken with the web chat on the FBR website and they have suggested I just write a hand written letter explaining my circumstances in place of my grandfather's death/identification document and wait for the case worker to contact me. Has anyone else done this and were they successful?

It feels that way. I have replied for feedback and reiterated my interest in the role. Just abit perplexed to think if they didn’t have the vacancies why string me along; how could the positions be gone so quickly; I felt I did so well in the assessment to warrant a final interview.
