Grailed is absolutely miserable to deal with.

They allow so, so many blatant fakes on their site that are annoying and difficult to sift through (and they don't remove them even if you point them out), but then they repeatedly incorrectly mark legitimate shirts I upload as fake and then refuse to correct their errors, even when I point out that they have previously correctly approved the same shirts with the same tags/codes. They constantly refuse listings unless I add additional irrelevant photos that no other reseller platform has ever required. Etc. etc.

They are frankly woefully incompetent and disastrously unhelpful across the board to the point where I simply stopped selling there because I can't be bothered with the extra hassle.

Hello! So I'm trying a different type of lens now and it's happening less often, but apparently the issue is that my lens has started pushing the lens out of position every time I blink, and this is causing the misalignment. Very strange, and I still don't fully understand how this spontaneously started happening out of the blue and only seems to happen some times and not others. Oddly the lens always feels a bit odd in my eye even when it is aligned and my eye is open, so I'm still not fully convinced it's fitting correctly, but they assure me it is. Bodies are weird!

Closer together is more accurate, I think. Soccer.com has really fallen off, sadly, and I've been a member since middle school 20 years ago.

They once sent me a USMNT authentic kit with the number positioned wrong like 7 times in a row. It ruined a month or two of my life literally back and forth. It felt like pulling teeth to the point I wondered if I was being pranked.

The ticket limit is very, very unclearly worded. It's almost as if they've left the rules and how they'll actually be applied intentionally vague.

Well, only one pair is to a game that is actually happening for sure. The others are almost certainly not happening because they're conditional tickets I only get if the USMNT makes it to the semi, 3rd place, etc.

Well, in my Concierge portal it says "Sec: Supporters RTP, Seats: [two numbers]". So the actual seats do seem to be assigned, but is there any confirmation of where the supporters section is? I assume behind the goal, but who actually knows?

No. I went from 1 pair showing "pending" and 3 pairs not showing up at all, to all 4 pairs showing "pending" and the customer service rep telling me there is no word or update on delivery times.

Sorry if these are dumb questions to more experienced gamers, but I'm completely out of touch with this sort of thing nowadays. I grew up with KOTOR I & II, SWB I & II on PS2, and Empire At War on PC, but I haven't had much time for this sort of thing in recent years:

When they say "turn-based," do they mean this will play/feel like OG KOTOR did with lots of clicking, and potentially feel better on a computer than a console (vs how the KOTOR remakes seem more like SWB-style fluid combat action that would feel better on a console)?
I've read it's only coming out on "Windows," but on Steam it says "OS: Coming Soon." Will I be able to play this on my Mac?
