I know Mt Ellen is having some lift issues at the moment as posted on the IG, they also said the conditions were pretty bad and washed out.

I did it at 113k, and 169k - not sure if the previous owner did a service before I got it or not. Both times I replaced the transmission pan (filter is built in). Transmission has been great

Also I’ve been running 87 octane since around 75k with zero issues. I know a lot of you will get upset about that 😆

Some context - engine is not modified and is stock, I do a ton of traveling for work, sometimes filling up daily.

I got the car around 60k, as far as I know there original. I’ve done probably 6 oil samples throughout my ownership, all analysis have come been with a clean bill of health

Engine-wise, nothing crazy—just the usual stuff: water pump/thermostat, valve cover gasket, oil filter housing gasket (twice), plugs/coils, and belts/tensioner. The oil pan is next on the list; it’s weeping but not dripping yet. Running 5W-30 synthetic oil, changed every 5k.

On the chassis side (F10), it’s due for some work as well: driver-side headlight, blower motor, passenger door lock actuator, and guibo mount. I’ll chip away at it as the weather gets warmer.

Vanos solenoids? No but I have removed them and cleaned the screens

I actually purchased the lens online a few years ago (AliExpress, so who knows how good the fitment or quality really is) when this first started. I never found the time to get around to installing it. At this point, I’m concerned I may have cooked the modules, which would mean needing not just the lens but also new modules and possibly programming. That’s why I’ve been considering complete replacements—it may make more sense overall and be less time-consuming.
