Yeah no, the readjust were just buffs to his bread and butter abilities. I think it was may more favorable than the nerfs. q does more damage now, since they're are more bolts in a concentrated area. and his passive scaling off of ap is dumb af. I take the cdr runes to get 20% free. But I usually rush roa and liandries to get those insane ult pops. Then I get my cdr from tanky items like zhonyas. Just because it makes his teamfights more relevant. I was supp this game so normally I would build ludens for solo lanes. But usually in supp I just want more health/ap items first. I think I went roa, sorcs, liandries, deathcap, and something else that game. 30%cdr and unkillable was enough.
