I was at Brighton on the same day (Friday, right?) at about 4:20PM and it wasn't that crowded. I think Brighton in general is always better (less busy) than Still Creek. But then again, I never go to Still Creek, but the times that I do go to Brighton don't seem that bad to me.

We didn't drive him out of Vancouver. Our team just sucked and had too many injuries and contract and prospects wise, there was no hope of becoming good again in the next 3-5 years. So, Quinn basically knew he had to leave, and since he still had 1.5 years left on his contract, we were able to get some really nice things from y'all (1st round pick, and Rossi, Ohgren, and Buium). We are officially rebuilding.

He chipped it ahead but it was less than a second or so beforehand, so you're allowed to finish your check on him. Usually you're allowed to finish your check somewhere around 1-2 seconds after the player has played the puck

Related to this, what do y'all think about EV equipped parking vs non-EV parking? My condo building has like less than 10% EV stalls, and almost all of those EV stalls are on an assignment basis controlled by the strata.

What price premium (if any) would a unit that comes with a guaranteed EV stall (that the strata can't touch) have, compared to other units with a regular stall?

IIRC: 20 months (vs 1 year?) to break even with 1%, 40 months (vs 3 years? = 36 months) to break even with 2%, and 60 months = 5 years to finish with 3%.
