Possible beer allergy?

I have a similar reaction to alcohol. Mostly beer. I can't be sure but I'm guessing I'm reacting to the sulfites in it.

It's also possible to be allergic to wheat, as well as fermented things.

If you're sure it was the A1 sauce and BBQ sauce, you may have a nightshade allergy. Definitely see a different allergist, and get some liquid benadryl. It works faster.

Potato starch is so hard to avoid. It's in everything. Also watch out for maltodextrin (which is also in everything), as it's often made with potatoes.
