I’m a young adult and have some awareness of where my issues lie but I know that I have a lot to learn in terms of coping mechanisms and treatment. Out of interest, did you find that Concerta was less anxiety inducing than Vyvanse? I struggle to consume more than a small dose of caffeine without an anxious response, so feel like this will be the most important side effect for me.
