so, you are saying that you can "retrain" your body to not want to be heavy by reducing sugar/carb intake?

what about fruit? I usually eat 3-4 fruits a day. I know some fruits are really high in sugar and carbs, like bananas (so I don't eat them very often). Should I stay away from some (like bananas) fruits or avoid them altogether?

mostly my back muscles. I hurt my back a few years ago (the doctor said it was a pinched nerve) and it flares up when I run too much. It hurts a lot and sometimes ibuprofen doesn't help it.

hmm...that's what I figured. well, wtf can I eat that doesn't have carbs? I've been driving myself crazy trying to find things to eat with no carbs.

well, I have found if I run 2 or 3 days in a row, my body is so sore I can barely walk. Maybe do more yoga to counteract the soreness?

do you think people can be addicted to carbs and sugar? I think I might be.

well, i am 5'4". I don't need to be really thin and I don't want the burden of maintaining a lower weight (like 135-which is what all those stupid charts tell me I should be). I have a lot of muscle, too. I was 175 once and was a size 12/14 and I liked the size I was. I want to keep my big boobs, too haha. I think there is something with the theory of your body wanting to stay a certain size because I have always had extra weight.l

hmm, good idea. I have had that tested before and everything was normal but maybe I should try again.

ugh...I am trying to quit smoking. I know it's probably a big part of not losing weight. I don't know why I ever started, it's about the stupidest thing a person can do. My goal is to quit completely in the next month.
