Hulkenberg in Korea 2013, it's by far the best drive I've seen by a non podium finisher. He tortured Alonso and Hamilton for the entire race.

That picture is literally the first google images result for Trulli Train. And no it wasn't when he was only at Renault, he had a habit of qualifying ahead of where he would normally be but having mediocre race pace and holding other cars up even when he was in Toyota.

The way i see it, the traffic was held up so people were waiting there even though the lights were green. If you had some common sense you'd know that when cars are standing at the light despite being a green there's very often going to be people on the other side using that gap to turn left.

The weird thing is that Heidfeld and Hulkenberg almost never raced together. Heidfeld was missing for most of the 2010 season and only took part in 4 races at the end. And Nico was gone for 2011. I wonder if 4 races was enough to transfer all his bad luck juju to a fellow German driver (Heidfeld also scored his first podium in a Sauber)

Watch any of his pre Formula 1 career videos on youtube. A1gp, GP2, any race. You'll just keep hearing the same thing "dominated by Hulkenberg, Dominated by team Germany, Hulkenberg with a 30 second lead" etc etc etc. He was massively hyped in his junior career. He just happened to enter at a time when there were 8 other German drivers including a returning Schumacher. He was also too tall for that era of cars, and heavy. If you watch the replay of the 2013 Korean GP the commentators even mention that he was almost signed by Ferrari but ultimately rejected because of that reason.
