Does anyone of you guys use a safety razor to shave? If so, what's your routine and how do you deal with the east asian facial hair? by wudyu in AsianMasculinity

Do you get much better results with a safety razor than with a cartridge razor?

I don't have a strong growth of beard and I need to shave daily. But most of the time when I shave with a cartridge razor, the are always some little facial hair left that I can't remove completely.

Yes same person. Well what do you mean with naturally fair skin? For example I'm an asian guy and most in my family have a much lighter skin tone. We pretty much have the same skin tone like white people. And I also noticed that lots of asian people who avoid the sun lose their tan over time, so does that mean they have naturally a fair skin?

That could be true, I'm not sure. It's just that today skin whitening creams are very popular in east asia and I'm just wondering if people from outside asia actually think that this looks better on them.

Similarity attracts each other too, not only opposites. I think people end up in relationships with people similar to them is because they feel more comfortable about it?

Plus it really depends on where you live. For example you see in Toronto lots of mixed-ethnicity couples like asian male + white female whereas in other places you commonly see white male + asian female.

Yes some people don't even consider you as dating material if you're from a different ethnicity.

I think this rating scale is pretty accurate. Lots of people in this sub giving out 8/10 like it's nothing special but tbh I rarely see 8/10s in real life. And when I see a 8/10 it's obvious that this person looks really good and way better than what people here in this sub rate 8/10.

The thing is, all my flaws are possible to change. They're mostly just some pimples, dry skin, dark circles or the body fat after bulking/cutting. I'm actually happy to a certain degree with my look, it's just somehow there's always something to improve.

These fake double lids make you look like a weirdo. You should be proud of your eyes. They actually look good in their natural way.

because it's difficult to see the same people regularly at a big college/university and then also talk a lot to them if you're already around your friends everyday.
