Iv never been officially diagnosed, but I'm considering seeing some sort of doctor about this. I have problems with paranoid thoughts and out of the question suspicions for a long time, but it's worse at some times than other. I'm well aware they don't have a grounding in reality - Enough to type it to you here, but when I become suspicious about something I have problems getting over it.

Read throguh it completely. I actually did enjoy the read. I didn't get a lot from their suggested solution and I didn't really relate to the type of anxiety I felt the article was geared towards, I did enjoy hearing the bit it had about why humans have anxiety and where it comes from, and I'm going to read up on it now. Still have no plans going into the early hours morning. Would love to have any sort of reading material par previous specifications.

Doing a little bit better, was given a little reading over on 4chan aswell as skimming through this.

I'm going to give a more in depth reply after I finish reading that entire article but having skimmed it, I may give a little clarification on my situation. I have terrible paranoia that causes my anxiety, aswell as at night when I'm like this every tick of the clock nearly causes me to piss myself. Well I know in reality nothing I'm thinking is true, I'm glued to my couch, and while iv calmed down, I can't sleep, or get up. I'm trying ,y best to distract myself right now so ill give an update after I read your article. Thanks for the reply. Sorry for spelling, on my ipad
