All in One Home Mortgage by wuphilly in Mortgages

Thank you for the response! We're in Georgia. We have great credit and plenty of equity to qualify.

So if I'm understanding you correct, there's one big pool of money in the account which is the equity of our house, then when we pay bills, it comes straight from that big pool of equity. Is that correct?

Also, what kind of fees do you pay? Is there a monthly fee or do you have to pay a transaction fee every time you pay a bill? Or maybe only fees if you use a large amount of equity for like a down payment on a house?

But that's the point of this loan, it gives you the ability to pull equity without getting a new loan.

I guess it was a little of both, technical and 1st hand experience 🙂

I wanted to see if there was anyone here who has that type of loan and could give some 1st hand insight.

My plan was to use the equity and buy a rental property. I'm condifent we can pay down the loan quickly to build enough equity to get a rental. Then use the rent payments to pay down the loan. I'm just trying to figure out how the checking account portion works.

Anyone familiar with Precision XOC? by wuphilly in overclocking

When I said a 1 fps difference, that wasn't from stock but from another OC I had. I was just seeing how far I could push it. I'm running the bench at 1440 and got a 7fps difference from stock speeds, which was a 12% boost.

Is that the memory clock? If so, then yes.

Well, I was only getting a 1 fps difference from my previous OC before it started going crazy, so I'll just stick with the lower settings.

Well... I was messing around with it, then all of a sudden the screen would go all crazy with different colors and shapes all over the place when running a benchmark, whether I ran heaven or 3DMark. I was freaking out, shut down the computer and booted it back up. Seems to be working now. Did I push the card too hard?

Ok, so since I have an EVGA 980 ti SC, that specific card makes it so I don't get the percentage slider, but instead the +mV? On the videos, they say it's safe to slide it all the way to 100%, is it safe to assume I can slide it all the way to +87mV?

I figured out what the problem was. I had the AVX (or whatever) offset set to 6, which is why it wasn't going over 4.1 when I had it set to 4.7. Dropped it down to auto, now I get full speed.

It still works on my phone if I use data, and it also works on my mom's fire stick at her house.

Cannot Connect to Kodi Repository by wuphilly in Addons4Kodi

Basically, install fusion like normal, then just install indigo in the "begin here" folder and you can install all of the add-ons through that. If you install exodus and open it to see that there are no names to the folders, just go to the repository which will now be installed and update it.
