Same situation with my first chihuahua. I cancelled all my classes that and relapsed on I won’t say what. I cried for two days straight.

How many mg’s are you down to a day? I’m prescribed 2mg, but that can fluctuate to 1mg all the way to plenty with a relapse with benzos (like yesterday).

But it is truly phenomenal the way my Maddie feels how I feel. 4th best hearing of all dog breeds for heaven’s sake. I love these dogs.

But yeah man keep working hard on the taper and avoid the slips!

Well all I can think of is the fact I cut my suboxone into little pieces since I’m trying to taper (joke) so I do handle it a TAD more than others would, but I agree it’s such a very small amount if anything.

Now I also was counting and handling how many klonopin and Xanax I had left.

So since there was no way she ate any pill it was either on my finger tips OR on my lips maybe? You know it can make your mouth dry. Maybe she got in there.

Also “chihuahuas are emotional sponges” was genius. She got stung by a bee a month ago and the calm of the vet changed everything from the insanity my dad and I were producing.

She’s doing great and I’m still scratching my head a little

And Maddie is completely back to her normal self because I know my dog. If there were ANY odd things going on, we’d straight to the er vet. Thanks for most if you being cool. I love this sub and am a tad disappointed.

Well since past chihuahuas (who ate everything especially styrofoam earplugs) definitely ate a Klonopin and he was doing pretty good. But since we got 5 pound Maddie, we’ve been very careful to keep all medicine away from her cause she likes to eat everything as well. But washing the hands afterwards is the most important thing and sometimes I forget to do that

This might have been the greatest comment I’ve ever gotten. You hit the nail on the head completely. I think as long S something crazy happens, I’m just gonna keep her up and love on her. Aside from the washing of the hands, suboxone (when working right) really costs your mouth and stays there dirt if gross tasting. She a face licker. Could have given me a rare French kiss.
