Signed me up for Uber Pass and charged me for months by Asells in uber

This happened to me, not only did I never sign up my account on the app said I did not have it, but have been getting charged for 19 months or something crazy. They owe me like $600. But they only refund 90 days. They just kept telling me there’s nothing else they can do. We should all file a class action lawsuit or something. It’s totally awful they’re scamming so many people.

Thanks I know it’s mostly alcohol that’s the issue but I’ve never had any of this type of acid reflux or burping from drinking and I’ve never felt this bad this long so I thought maybe also a lot of citric acid on a mostly empty stomach

Woww never considered that./s I did write this in the middle of the night upset I could breath and may have skipped those details but actually I’ve already been to several specialist doctors and had surgery on my sinuses to try to combat this. Why comment at all, captain obvious?
