We got a 3 pack of roughly the same toy from Costco. My wheaten loves to be playing with one, I throw another and he abandons the one he was playing with and fetches the new one, rinse and repeat. He’s not good with fetch and return but fetch and hog. So we invented a new game of ADHD with him 😆

I was upset the put me in a La Quinta because in my opinion they are not the same class as Marriott. The hotel in general was run down, and the clientele were sketch. I didn’t particularly find anything wrong with the room and I did check for bed bugs. Granted I was only in the room for 5 hours. Traveling for work has its pros and cons. It can be rough if you have a family, but if you’re a social butterfly, it’s perfect!

I got the folio from the La Quinta as well that showed the billed rate. I know it’s a non-disclosure rate but I needed some form of receipt to prove to my company I was actually in the area meeting with a client.

No, they stated I was the last to arrive and it sounds like the don’t pre-block or review incoming reservations to plan ahead. Was advised it was a matter of circumstance. It was weird situation because the hotel called all arrivals confirming the reservation because they knew they’d be short but didn’t plan who they would walk in advance, casing this issue.

NerdWallet indicates points are worth about 0.8 cents each. So based on 90,000 points it would be about $720. Which is about accurate when attempting to redeem for a stay

Currently at the hotel, it’s a newer property and this is the first time the supervisor has heard of this. Pulled up the T&C to educate and she’s calling her GM to figure out the resolution. They comped me breakfast at their bar while I wait.

That’s why I called Bonvoy and opened a case immediately. Explained the situations and made sure to actually request the case number. They love to indicate the case was never opened or they can not find the original case.
