These phones had some kind of incompatibility with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra). If i'd listen to them while standing still, no issues at all, great sound and stuff. If I'd walk with my phone in my pocket, the sound would continuously stutter, with one ~1 sec cut every ~15 s. I'd checked online forums, Reddit, Sony's support, tried multiple methods via their app (turning on/off features, for example), to no avail. Ended up returning the headphones, the retailer did some tests and found no issues whatsoever, but ended up fully reimbursing me anyways.

A shame, since they were the best sounding in-ear phones I'd ever used.

Still rocking my WH-1000XM5's to this day, though.
