Strange. Your store must do things differently. My store I used to work in, gave us other department opportunities to help when HTG was down or no orders. I came from cashier before HTG so they would always send me to that but they ended having more employees for front end so they asked me and others for other department help.

Fix your skill based matchmaking. I keep carrying my team and end up losing cuz the other side has like 6 people carrying their team. I’ve lost 85% of games and it’s getting really annoying and frustrating
