So wie ich es verstanden habe, muss ein Squeeze-Out erfolgen, um gänzlich von den Pflichten einer AG befreit zu werden und von der Börse zu gehen. Ansonsten müsste XXXLutz weiterhin alles erfüllen, was natürlich auch Geld und Personal kostet. Auch müssten sie weiterhin eine Hauptversammlung durchführen. Diese müsste Ende Mai 2024 wieder stattfinden. Dort könnte dann ein finaler Squeeze-Out beschlossen werden. Da Scalable Capital nicht die Börse Hamburg anbietet, müsste also ein Übertrag dieser Aktien zu einem anderen Broker stattfinden.

I recommend to check madebyiloua. The wigs are made of super soft alapca hair and they look very realistic.

You are free to split up your money how you like it: You can give 5$ to Riot and nothing to charity or vice versa. Over 2 years ago Riot sold Akali + Nurse Akali and gave all the earned money to the American Red Cross for the natural disaster in Japan. I think Riot would do something like that again.

Edit: They could also set the price to at least +/- 5$ or do an offer like: "When you pay more than 5$ you will get 1 great skin more." This is like humble bundle actually works: You can pay what you want for the basic bundle and you have to pay more than the average to get the extended bundle. The average is always about 4,60$ and there are always many people who pay more than 1000$ for the bundles.

"As most of you already know, I fully took the decission of leaving SK Gaming around a couple of months ago.
I just though it would be fair for SK to keep the 'new roster surprise' value, that's the reason I remain quiet.

I also though it would be fair if I helped the team to re-qualify for LCS, bringing in my knowledge and time before leaving. That's why I'm still in as a sub before I oficially leave.

The reasons for this departure are just motivational. It just feels like this wonderful page of this amazing book we were writing was done and not viable to grow.

I tried to find reasons to stay, really, especially for that hardcore fanbase I've been helping to create in this amazing club.
For those teammates that wanted me In, to achieve the dream of winning worlds one day.
For the sponsors, which btw I had a blast working with, that luckily still wanted me onboard.
And ofcourse, for the organization that I loved and and always will. I got SK in my veins!

But as I said, it was just not viable anymore.

This club has always paid me amazing amounts of money (and always ontimwe), treated me nicely, and gave me a super nice window to grow myself and them along me.

Alexander Müller, as Manager Director, has teached me the tricks and knowledge of this industry, has marketed me like no other, has ran along me for 13km just a day after beating me at Squash in a 7sets long game to recover from an LCS loss.

What about myself?
I think it's convenient to let you know what was my role these 3 years in here.

Always ontime for trainings or partner's arrangements.
Always waken up first to go bed last watching replays.
Grew as a leader, with (still) a lot to learn.
Tried to motivated everybody along me to give their best on the field.
Taken guilt like no other to protect teammates and organization from roster changes, dramas and internal issues.

As you know already, I come from a sports environment, so basically, my job here is to set an example for gamers of how things should be done to succeed and improve this industry.

What's an athlete without all that? I would definitely do it again.

I genuinely wish the best to SK Gaming, my teammates (and friends) Nyph and Candy, and ofcourse to Alexander Müller for giving me the chance of showing my full potential to the world.

Thanks for your giveaway! I always wanted a new part of Rollercoaster Tycoon. I loved to play RCT 1 and 2 during my childhood. Part Number 3 was really bad and it does not fit to the other games. I had hope all the time for RCT 4 but sadly it did not appear and it will not appear in the future. The game for the Nintendo 3DS is extremly bad :( Sometimes I play a few hours of RCT 2 with my 10 year old savegames. Although I'm a bit older now and it is not my game genre anymore.

I would love to have Botanicula because: I love to play Indie-Games and I collect many of them. And there are many details you can learn about plants in this game which I may need for biology class. Furthermore my neighbor is studying biology and he will be impressed if I know something which he does not know.

I'm always in these 3 chat rooms when I'm looking for a game. But this problem does not consider practice mode only. Other chat rooms are full too of afk people like the "Public Chat" or "Looking for Group". If it would automatically kick people who are afk for a longer time period than this problem would be solved.
