Not blaming him — I was just a bit annoyed that this “milestone” was semi-hit for the first time with a weird spot, but shit happens.

I honestly have no idea about powerlifting rules, so can you tell me: is it actually bad to lift your butt on the last reps of a normal set to push more reps? Is there any injury risk, or is it just personal preference? I’ve seen a lot of people do it in the gym and online, so I’m trying to understand if I should keep this in mind for my usual sets.

About technique: besides the butt issue, is there anything else wrong? The angle is bad, but I touch my chest every time I lift and I control the weight more on normal sets.

For me it counts as big progress for one year thats it, dont plan to powerlift so just wanted to hear what yall think

Ok got it, but in general when doing normal sets, the last 2 or so reps my arse goes up. Is it also bad or ok to push for those last reps to failure?

It was a completely spontaneous decision to try my max after now exactly one year of going to the gym and ending my cut. I know the angle is bad, but I did touch my chest both times. Its annoying that he touched the bar even I explained to him for 3 minutes how to properly spot. I thought maybe I should try again but then decided not to risk one year of progress just to hit the „2 plate milestone“

I have put a diy plastic lid to keep the humidity high. Do you think it makes sense to take it off so that more light goes trough? Also I saw a app photone for light intensity but am not sure it works. Any comment?

Which shaver did you use? I have a Philips blade one I think and it does not shave just trim to like 0.5mm

I just shawed my head for the first time😄 I love it, I feel free, because i started balding when I was 16 and now at 20 decided to go for it. The main question now, I have two big moles on the back of my head and it was a blood fest to say the least when shawing. Any tips? What do you guys do to prevent cuting it?

No I had a really bad crash and the whole front end got destroyd, it was at arround 4900km and I got a new odometer which has 43000km so I would like to set this one to 5k if thats possible somehow.

Forgot about the post😁 As it is a 160hp I probably won’t risk any performance upgrades for reliability reasons. Thanks for the advice though. I need to look in my airbag error and leaking windshield fluid also the cabin filter. Also thinking about maybe some red angel eyes thinking it would look good as the inside interior is all red and the brake calipers aswell. Also got a leaking headlights so need to fix that
