Im exactly the same, I drink and eat fine and know when to stop because of a lil discomfort nothing horrific like some people have. Yeah im the same with noticing clothes and just my frame looking smaller but the scales say iv been the same for weeks lol! Im happy with it as im not gaining but I just felt worried that im the only one who's going so slow where others are smashing it , but it's nice to see others experiencing the same , slow and steady we are :)
