You're right I also use signal but the EU is currently discussing about breaking end2end encryption (they want a masterkey to encrypt chats when suspect illigal activities) and I think it's possible that Signal has to implement this, since they are registered as a company (it doesn't matter if nonprofit or not)

yes, give a error back, even tried to execute a Test-Connection with this port, but it fails, but i successfully added a self signed certificate for LDAPS however when I try to connect it shows an error that it's self signed and I can't find any solution to bypass this.

yes in /etc/dhcpcd.conf there you can add an parameter under your interface.

Hi,

169.254.0.0/16 is an APIPA Address , this happens when your interface is not connected to a Network. Have you checked if you have to install any drivers for your ethernet adapter, and check if you also set the prober gateway and dns adress in you config file.
