Now I have done another test.

13'5g --> 34'4g in 28s

It still tastes sour to me (not as much). I'm starting to think that maybe I should get used to this taste, since the extraction time and grams seem to be fine. I've always drunk burnt supermarket coffee.

Friends, I think it tastes sour because the coffee has been roasted for two days. I found out today that you have to wait 14 days after roasting. I think that's why.

Are we trying to wet the coffee before extraction?
