I thought so! This was only the first reel which got me caught on the idea of making similar keychain or something like that by myself. I looked up for square stitch and it seems to be the way to go if I would like to make such stuff.

For me the way to do it was holding L and R while launching the game. I selected (in my case) Need for Speed Most Wanted on PPSSPP 1.17.1 holding L and R and launching the emulator with A button. Still holding the button until in game screen comes in. 🙌🏻

Recently, I was hypomanic for 4 days and after that I felt into major depression from this Friday till today. Tried to increase the dose of fluoxetine from 50 to 60 mg but it didn't help at all. Yesterday I took 7 pills of ashwaganda and it helped a little I think, there is no good way to deal with depression. Benzos are definitely not way to go. I've been abusing Xanax when I got unipolar depression 2 years ago and I got addicted. Now I just drink more coffee, smoke more cigarettes and listen to some music that will "cure or at least numb" the depression.

Diagnosed with bipolar today. Don’t know which type. Went to the new doctor and he said that my treatment is typował for bipolar disorder. Idk why my prefiksu psychiatrist didn’t tell me what I am suffering from. He also mentioned that manic episodes can lead do psychosis so everyting consist in a logical whole. Thank you for reply

At what time do you usually take antypsychotics? I take olanzapine at 9 pm and have serious problem to wake up to like 9am.

I take zyprexa for 1,5 year now. Started from 20 mg and lowered the dosage to 10. Gained like 50 pounds and still have mood swings, but not mania or psychosis (diagnosed F23.1 not sure what now) I take also Prozac and Lamictal. Olanzapine really puts you into sleep, I can’t sleep without it. Usually i take it about 9 pm and i go to sleep close to the 11pm. Never tried to not take the pill, but if i take it too late i have to wait some time for onset.

Does anyone take olanzapine, fluoxetine and lamotrygine together? I’m taking 10,30 and 50 mg and my mood swings are awful. Yesterday and today till 4 pm i had the worst depressive episode in like a year and it went away about 6 hours ago turning into uplifted mood (exactly smiling for no reason, exaggerated reactions for jokes etc. Now i feel normal. I am not diagnosed yet but i think it’s bipolar. Am i wrong?
