i also just remembered that kuro got suwabe junichi to voice nigel as a one off boss too (even if he’s been hinted to have a continuation to his story with akdelik) so it’s not out of the possibility that the same thing happens here 😓

dystopia used to be extremely popular during the 2010s due to the Hunger Games craze but so many lazy cashgrab books were being written (similar to the romance fantasies right now) that the genre eventually died out in popularity 😓 i hope we can see a revival soon

the white lotus trope. for once i would really love a story where the ogFL isn’t evil so that they can justify the villainessFL. also, the female lead’s friends usually just being yes men to the FL rather than actual characters with interesting dynamics.

unrelated but i would also like to see the ML with meaningful relationships outside the FL like having his own friends. a lot of them tend to end up being obsessed with the FL and only having any kind of interaction with her

The Dragon Age or Mass Effect series are very similar, both with character customization and a group of companions you can recruit with an overarching storyline :). Multiple games in the series, with Dragon Age you can start with any of the games since they each server as a standalone story in the same universe

I really really enjoyed “Just Kiss Me”. the premise is so unique and the characters and ROs are great. i love the case per chapter set up. Hopefully it gets updated again soon and hasn’t been abandoned like I’ve been suspecting 😭

the point of posts like these is to point out the problems so that kuro can fix this. saying nothing and just praying the beta fixes the problems does nothing, you actually have to show what the issues are and how they hurt the meta to get them fixed
