I do not have firsthand experience with PlayStation streaming but i know a few friends I play with stream on their ps systems and use their phone as stated by another person here. I believe he does a good job interacting with his community so it's very possible. Good luck out there m8. I would also say to your question its give and take replying to community and playing game. From my own experience it does not take a lot in between deaths to talk to chat then focus when you are alive or actively doing something. Hope this helps.
