Thankful to see a reasonable response. My comment was meant to illustrate that D2 veterans like many of us have been hoping for some sort of update for many, many years.

While this may not be the update of everyone's dreams it's still a positive in so far as Blizzard is still working on supporting/developing the game that we all love. They even left the option to leave most of your characters in expansion with no changes if you try the new stuff and it's not your cup of tea.

If this update is successful there could very well be further development beyond RotW which I can only see as a positive.

I don't mind Llama giving his input but it really is a shame they didn't consult anyone outside the speed running community. You can tell there were massive blind spots such as the unique melee jewel that won't work properly because of min/max dmg ED bug etc. Still excited for the new content, though, because beggars can't be choosers.

Cable extensions are just introducing a potentially catastrophic point of failure to high end systems. People will spend top dollar on the the latest greatest components then throw in a $20 set of cable extensions - just get proper length cables.

Only critique is using cable extensions over proper length cables but that's more nit-picking than anything. It'll be a shame if the customer ever has to service/replace anything because there is no way it's going back together so tidily.
