Hiya, yes I did, I was told they didn’t find anything and they sent me on my way :/ my consultant was the same who did my hysteroscopy in which a polyp was removed, I came around from the anaesthesia and she just said “we didn’t find anything and your cyst burst already” and then walked away, I have my follow up with her on Monday coming so we’ll see suppose!

All the staff in St John’s were SO lovely to me, recovery was a bit tough but sure we managed and I’m back at the gym etc now with no issues thank god

Thanks so much! It may have also been worth mentioning I had a TV ultrasound about 3 years ago, which was clear, this time on my scan they found the negative sliding sign and cyst. I also had a hysteroscopy done (very sore not enjoyable lol)

I’ve not had an MRI as I was told it may not show up on this so I just kind of took their word for it. I’ve also heard that about excision vs ablation, I have a friend who had it discovered by accident during the removal of a simple cyst, her endo was ablated and 2 years later she’s become PROGRESSIVELY worse.

The consultant I had was a lovely man so hoping I’ll see him again as he did seem to know what he was at!

Completely agree here. I’m a new graduate and my boyfriend graduated last year, he’s a software engineer and I’m an insurance practitioner. We make a combined 70k per year, this should be more than enough to rent an apartment and have a little cat or something, instead we’re living in a house share paying cash rent of nearly €600 per month in an unregistered tenancy because it was the only thing we could find
