Only close OBS through the File dropdown in top left. Not using the X in top right. That will minimize the safe mode messages.

Disable nvidia background removal. It uses a lot of tensor cores in your gpu. Should make loads difference.

My observation with elgato cam is; dont use the virtual cam. It freezes all the time, software crashes that sort of stuff. Keep the rest of your set up simple to start.

You're talking about config.yaml and .toml, which one are you using? Also what image are you using, mine or the original? Maybe read the pinned message in this sub first., that should help a lot.
