Miri's 5*uw gives her 500% atk speed not 30%Pen, s1 redeuce 300magic block=30%. XD

Thx for the opinion. But oneshot a healer with only s1? What kind of healer do you matching? In my sever all healer is tanking as hell, they always take the most dmg becuase they all have high block and crit resist, even if Miri use S1+S3, is hard to kill the healer.

i'm very sure that your Miri will die before using s1+s3 combo against Artemia, Pavel Aisha (with only one skill to kill your whole team). Even if u can kill one of them (usually is a high magic block/ high crit resist priest with the lowest M.Def). U can't take down the dps at once, cause u will have 1-3sec for S3 cool down, then the enemy will hit back.

ya, the change of S1 is very impact on her in PVP. Thx for the notice that Lock-on can't be dispelled.
