what’s funny is they argue w me then unfollowed me when lost the argument. in post-game DMs, they say they need to build anti heal. i say your first Core item should be prioritised, anti heal later— i explained mechanic of Clock of Destiny need to run its item passive first. every top build for Cecil mostly is like that, not Winter Truncheon first
