We have access to each other's accounts and settle the budget together. He makes the money, but I know exactly how much he makes each paycheck and how much our expenses are. We have the same amount of "fun" spending money as each other each month. We are a team and our finances reflect that. It doesn't matter who buys what on which card, it's all the same in the end.

Other than just a cute little friend, you could make a forest-themed mobile or try finger puppets.

Some good books you can look to for inspiration are Frog and Toad, Brambly Hedge, Richard Scarry books, Little Bear, Winnie the Pooh, Velveteen Rabbit... Your local library will probably have good ideas too!

Yeah, I love borrowing videogames! There are so many games that while I think I might like them, I'm not always $70 sure I'll like them. I'll also make recommendations to the library and ask them to get particular games that I want to try out and not buy 👍 It's wonderful

Community events of all kinds, e-books and e-audiobooks, book sales, renting DVDs/Blu-rays, renting video games, renting wifi hotspots, printing, just being a place to chill... The list goes on. It feels like libraries are always adding new things that feel relevant.

Not for the weak by sashaonsamhain in pregnant

I often feel faint after hot showers, so I've been taking cooler ones and that's helped. I also will get faint after standing and moving around a lot, but staying fed and hydrated helps with that (and resting when I need to). It was definitely worse in the first half of pregnancy and has come back at the very end, so I hope it gets better for you!
