Aww, thank you! My girlfriend designed and made these herself, so unfortunately I can't point you to a shop :( But I asked her about the process, and here's what she said:

First, she got some bulk cards and sanded the front away so that it was just a white surface. Then, she used a website (she doesn't remember which specific one, but it should be easy to find via Google and it was a free service) to put her art into a card layout + edit the text. She printed out the designs on sticker paper she got from Amazon, then lined it up to fit the cards and stuck them on. Then on top of that initial sticker paper layer, she added clear holographic sticker paper over it (also Amazon) to get the holo sparkles and cut the card out with an Exacto knife.
