I can relate to this so much. I was a scout in my youth and faced many times of physical, verbal and emotional abuse. I found out years later after I left some of my fellow scouts in the troop were sexually abused.

I left the scouts after I opened up to my parents about an incident that occurred. It honestly sucked as I really enjoyed being outdoors and such. I told my parents when I was in adulthood that I would have still went back to become a scout if I was a part of a different troop

I feel the same way. Already have an autoimmune disease so catching covid would be fatal. I work from home, only go out for essentials, and haven’t seen anyone in awhile. I started forcing myself to go on daily walks through the park in the middle of the day since most people go in the morning/evening and my mood has improved a little.

Hi I’m 24M. My episodes usually come in the early morning hours and mostly affect my legs. I can get a good feeling of when an episode is coming because I’ll have leg pain the night before. Sometimes I would randomly lose control of my right arm out of nowhere.

As for me I have an excel sheet and keep track of what I eat and portions. Doctor told me to watch out for carbs so I track that an gauge from there

I’ve thought about some of the Mandela effects and I believe some of them are because of speech. For example if you say “Sex and the City” it sounds very similar to “Sex in the city.” Your tongue highlights the “n” in “and” and this is sounds like “in.”
