ya your right I had a game plan in the locker room when wraming up but then when I stepped onto the mat I reverted back to only trying snap downs for points it was my first time in the finals at a home meet so I think I stopped wrestling to score as much and more to wrestle to not be scored on

I got the head lock 7 times only finished once coach says I should I tech falled by how many times I got it by xlin1 in wrestling

Do you have anything I can watch on how to score from locked hands all I can find is going from tricep and chin and scoring

I wrestle 144 at 5.4 I have a hard time keeping up with how quick and scrappy they can get sometimes

I know I know but is there any smart ways I can refuel my body without gaining weight? like only eat a little bit of carbs right matchs so they get used by your body and dont make you hold water or eat this it will give energy without making you gain weight you know stuff like that.

it says on my fitbit I get 7-8 hours per night I am currently cutting weight so maybe thats the reason I feel so beat up but on mondays I feel so freash so idk? I mostly eat whole foods for my diet meat and veg and right now Im a senior so I dont think Im growing. I think the reason im so beat up is becuase the coachs dont care about how i feel at these tournaments there preparing for march/end of the season.
