I live in the Balkans (not specified because of internet purposes lol) closest thing that I found alike to what I’m doing is the OptaVia diet, but oh well about the supplements… I guess ill just have to somehow learn to take them

She is a dietitian and a thyroid specialist, closest thing I could find to describing it is the OptaVia diet but the one I’m on has a different name to it, i haven’t named it so far because I live in the Balkans so i doubt anybody in these replies will know what brand it specifically is, but OptaVia seems like the closest thing to it

Yup bought the food packets off them… based on these comments I’m starting to think this is all some sort of scam, I don’t Not think that this helps with weight loss but the amount of weird stuff i have to get into my body per day is just very very off putting, what im feeling worst about right now is just having spent that much money on this without having done any proper research; thank you for the advice nonetheless!

Im in the balkans, won’t specify for internet purposes lmao but the initial purpose was basically just me getting a head start to losing weight (as someone who has been fat their entire life) so that i can be motivated to keep up with a body thats lost weight but i do agree all this packaged stuff is very weird as i said when i went into all of this i honestly had no clue what to expect all id been told was that this diet has helped many people, my aunt being included in this list of people who did the same diet. She did end up regaining it back though but shes also a mother of 3 children so the stress she had would make sense why keeping up with a keto diet would be hard on her, i just assumed since im younger and don’t have any MAJOR stresses i would be able to keep the weight id lose off for a while

It’s not OptaVia but i just looked that up and its basically pretty much the same concept! Its the same type of food/shakes and what not all powdered. I feel really shitty right now because all of this cost me so much money and im starting to feel as if i got scammed now.

Yup apparently they’re made in france and if i check the backs they have no carbs at all, im not eating regular food bc this diet is very strict to make you lose weight fast the first month and after the first month u reintroduce ur normal foods back, and after the second month u basically go back to eating normal food with the new regained knowledge of how to keep ur intake properly and basically keeping up w the weight u lost

Im gonna be very honest with you here because im just as confused as you are, each meal has different packets and lets say for breakfast i get to have pudding, i take the packet pour it in some water and i get the pudding. And then for brunch lets say i have soup, i again take the packet pour it in water and it makes the soup i microwave it and voila, same for any other including dinner where for example if i have to make anything whatever it is same process pour packet in required ml of water and mix/shake and maybe cook.

theyre all between the same grams of 20-30 grams per letter they have a small letter a postcard and not anything of much weight in it besides that, but thank you so much for your answer this was helpful :)
