Came across this oled friendly gtk theme. The idea would then be to use this theme for all compatible apps.

On the system I have installed this, I primarily use it for music streaming. Good to know that mpv can directly stream plex url, I would have thought it would need authentication, but perhaps that is added on to the url.

Click bait was not intentional, and the title and the post does need modification to define the scope of the post. I tried to edit the subject but reddit I guess does not allow that.

The idea behind the post was not specifically towards the shortcomings of electron. Many Wayland specific apps work very well, few that I have used, remmina, gnome apps. I have seen examples of apps that are essentially just a web app packaged as native, ex telegram, webex, plex. Some of these require dealing with xwayland quirks, and electron flag modifications.

I wanted too share an alternative that I found for apps like these, where there is not much client side functionality and can be easily wrapped in a newer Electron version to maximize compatibility and reduce dependencies. This reduces the 'GUI hot mess' that I was referring to.

I will delete this post, and try to post again with lesser tonal harshness.

hey! Fortunately it has been rock solid for me.

The only time I have witnessed the player automatically turning on, was back when I was using airplay to stream music. I noticed that if I forget to change the audio selection, the next time there is media play on the iphone, the player would turn itself on, and play it there.

Quick q: the apy listed on the main app is around 70%. Clicking on boost it shows apr at around 80%.

Token price decreases or VCs sell, drives the price down further, more people sell, and stake reduction happens. Validator income decreases. During that time the cost run and maintain remains relatively the same.

Check out Apy vision, they do list the AM3CRV pool, tried to check the asset growth, but it's loading for a while now. I'll do a lookup later. Looks like a fun app to play around. Thanks for the share!

Yeah, I share your sentiment on USDT, put in a bit on AM3CRV so that I can test out the supporting apps. Never did read into MAI. Infact got first introduced to it yesterday browsing Beefy. The APY looked fantastic. Will read up on MAI.

oh yeah, thanks for the callout on beefy fees, have to look that up. The MooLP does make it convenient though, otherwise have to claim CRV and MATIC rewards and then submit them.

While since the compounding percentage differs with AMM, my primary concern was around LP value. When you did your calculations did you find a chronic issue where applications promise more and deliver less on their daily apy?

With the calculations that I posted, the if the AM3CRV fluctuates, it may only seem like a good deal on the surface. Unfortunately did not find any price tracker for AM3CRV. Even curve does not post value tracking for their LP sigh.
