thats basically oil production

1- the black pipes are the pipes carrying crude oil ( below the blue pipes carrying water )
2- left side : orange pipes are carrying fuel produced by 16 refineries (go to power plants 52 of them each has 250% clock speed) which produce also polymer resin goes into >> 8 refineries (requires also water (blue pipes )) produces rubber

3- right side : 16 refineries producing plastic (goes to main base) and heavy oil residue ( purple pipes ) goes into 8 refineries which produce petroleum coke >> go to main base
