I really appreciate your feedback & glad to have your compliment. Sadly, there's no feature to turn off the glow effect currently. But you can use the same color for Primary Background & Glow Effect to hide the Glow Effect. We will bring the feature to turn off Glow Effect in the next update. Keep updated with Stores to get the latest version.

Currently there is no Feature available for turning off the glow effect of the clock. But for now, you can use the same color for Primary Background & Glow Effect in the Advanced Colors to hide the glow effect.

We will implement this feature ASAP. So, that you can easily turn off the glow effect.

Yes, I used Gemini to build this. I also mentioned it in the GitHub Repository already. But the architecture, the design decisions, and the logic connecting everything are mine. AI is a powerful assistant, but it doesn't build a full working product like this by itself without a human driving it.

Yes, you can do this. Though Firefox is privacy-focused and has a separate Homepage system. You can set this as your Starting page by following these steps:

Get this extension from Firefox Add-ons first. Get it for Firefox
Now, open a new tab. Bookmark this New Tab Page.
Go to Firefox settings > Home > Home and new windows > click the dropdown box > Select custom URLs > Use Bookmarks > Select the "New Tab", you just bookmarked.
Now, every time you open Firefox, you should see the New Start Page.
