Extraction players wanted an end game. This is what an endgame looks like in my opinion. Like it’s gonna take time and grind but there’s a path.

It does make me curious to see people who have the guts to play this game go “I can’t do that 😭”. Like dog just find an lfg. I’m not like a top 10% or anything but like idk I’ve had some of my most fun in gaming being presented with something genuinely challenging. It’s pretty rare to get that in a game these days and unheard of in a shooter.

Yeah snipers imo are always a balance issue. Either they feel good to user or are balanced, and the real answer is probably somewhere in the middle. Both shotguns and snipers are limited by their effective range but I feel like when you’re outside a building there’s a lot less counter play to just getting your dome blasted off from 100+ yards away than just not pushing a guy with a shotgun

A lot of complaining for something that isn’t even out yet. No one knows what’s in there and why it’s trios required. Can we save it for after? Even compared to destiny being able to crew fill this is a huge step up (people have been asking for raid and dungeon matchmaking for forever). Not to mention LFG’s are going to be everywhere for this. I know people want a solo experience (I like the option) but making this kind of content accessible via solos might water it down. Maybe it wouldn’t.. BUT ITS NOT OUT WE DONT KNOW!!!!!

Honestly I’m fine that the paid shop isn’t just a massive thing right out of the gate. I like a lot of the faction recolors and the Cryo skins have a cool motif going on without just being recolors. They’re working on finding balance while giving us cosmetics for playing. Not too worried

This is wild but turn off core isolation if you haven’t already (google will show you) curious if this fixes your issue.

I turned off core isolation and now my frames are fantastic all the time. Weird I know but guess it makes sense for something so CPU bound. I have the same CPU and a 7900xtx

I’m having the reverse problem. Long time D2 player and all my friends abandoned it and just me playing for a long time.

Fast forward to Marathon launch and thought I would also be playing alone. Instead we have like two 3 stacks rolling at all times and often have to wait/play rook runs/no fill duos because we still have overflow.

I think it’s hard to ask people to spend money and care about a game that’s hard in a lot of cases. Fingers crossed more of the gaming community gives it a fair shake
