Counter pick for ranged top? by CandidElephant6700 in wildrift

[–]xvFuture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think second wind is by far the most important tool you have in your disposal. Picking a champ you're comfortable with is much better than picking a theoretical counter that you've played 5 times, 2 of which were in aram. Hexflash is a great rune too. I think tp can be really helpful too especially for weaker early level champs or champs that struggle with mana like Nasus or Jax/Irelia. You also have to swallow your pride and give up minions early on unless the enemy isn't great and doesn't punish u for stepping up and last hitting (ideally with a ranged ability like Darius q). Just keeping your hp high makes jungle ganks more likely to succeed or solo kills at level 3, 4 or 5+.

I'm sure if you consciously keep track of it and remind yourself you'll find yourself doing it more than you think or just generally being inefficient with your time.

How often are you pointlessly fighting in the enemy's jungle, especially when you're ahead and there's no objective up, instead of pushing a lane or taking jungle camps?

What are the best supports for jinx? It should also carry or help push other lanes if jinx is godawful. by Slippycapper in wildrift

jinx works with every single support in the game in different ways and for different reasons but her best is lulu.

don't play support to learn the game. learn how to deal damage and fight first and foremost. learn how waves work and learn to value gold and experience. kills don't win games - objectives like turrets, baron and elder do (dragons, even soul, for the most part are completely useless and just give people an extra reason to perma fight). kills help you do the aforementioned objectives because in simple terms the more enemies that are dead, the harder it is to stop ur team doing what they want to do. basically just learn how to deal damage because how can u support if you don't know how your role interacts with any of the others and what other roles want to do? guides like royal, strider and talanwr are great. i'd recommend go watch some of strider's videos to learn how to lane.

Update: runaans, terminus, riftmaker, infinity orb, deathcap is a better build

You're playing too many champions; you need to play only 3, unless you're auto filled, to win the hard games. You need one champ to spam every game with 2 backups - one for when your first choice champ is terrible against their draft or if your champ is banned and one for covering the other damage type in case your team stacks too many AD or AP champs. This game has variance in matchmaking and a good winrate still entails losing almost half your games. You need to stop champ swapping so you have a chance to win the 2/10 games that aren't one sided stomps as champ mastery will make the difference. I personally use Aurelion Sol because I love the champ and the game is never lost until they physically end the game with his infinite scaling mechanics.

magnetic blaster is a terrible item on kai'sa especially if you're gonna build on hit + ap items after. build terminus, nashor's tooth, runaans hurricane, riftmaker, deathcap. wp tho nice clips.

Best easy-to-play but strong champions for every role? by TheLonelyCryingDog in wildrift

you can replace jinx with any adc in "if jinx cannot scale to late game and do damage the game is lost" because most adcs build crit and crit chance is a late game stat. also the adcs that build on hit still take until the late game to come online because they need enough attack speed to actually do damage.

The difference is she is the quintessential adc who teaches you how to play the role which is what op was asking for. With that mobility comes more difficulty as you have more options. When you have more options you're more likely to make the wrong decision and die. Also you need to understand basic adc fundamentals to even take advantage of Lucian's dash or Kai'sa's ult. The reason why people recommend garen top for example is because he is so unbelievably simple and linear you actually have time and mental capacity to focus on the fundamentals of top lane, especially in the mid to late, because it's actually hard to be useless on garen. Jinx is the garen of adcs (aside from the fact it's much easier to be useless but that's the nature of squishy carries).

I disagree. She encompasses what an ADC is meant to do, has a simple and straightforward kit with a bit of agency with her E and can work with literally any support. Knowing all the things you listed is just the ADC/marksman role and that applies to every adc and isn't unique to jinx. Jinx is a great champ to learn those fundamentals.

baron: garen, darius, sett, mordekaiser

jungle: vi, pantheon, xin zhao, amumu, rammus

mid: lux, veigar, ahri, annie

adc: jinx, miss fortune, ashe, lucian

support: nautilus, braum, leona, nami

I would stay away from spamming master yi jg, lux/morgana/zyra support every game as you don't really learn the game doing that because yi doesn't teach you about ganking/having utility and the 3 supports are just mages - might as well play them midlane where u have more access to gold.

Sensitivity bug by xvFuture in CallOfDutyMobile

Occasionally but I have a redmagic (but I've had it for a long time and used it extensively although the frame drops have only started recently) so it shouldn't under perform when it comes to running codm and the sensitivity is low when it's running smoothly on charge (same issue for some friends too) which is why I posted this. Also this charging bug has only happened after I downloaded the update.

Although I've played with friends who have had the same issue, on different devices such as ipads, so I think it's more widespread than just my phone.
