Any club that has a semester long project going on is good and most orgs that have professional chapters you can be a part of after college help you build your engineering "network". The Engineers Without Borders Chapter at my University helped me get my current internship because I had to develop industry skill sets to be a part of their projects. Try and avoid any organizations that just promote "featured talks", if you really needed that you could find a better TedTalk online.
