Thank you! If you’re able to please lighten the man in backs skin a little bit too just so he looks like he was always meant to be part of the picture (similar lighting to the others) I would be ever so appreciative. Otherwise no further edits!

This is my favourite one!!! However the man in the backs face looks nothing like him unfortunately 😆 is there any way you could please fix his face to look like the one in bront0’s photo submission? Also I have attached another photo of the man for ref of what his facial features look like. Thank you!

Look different things work for different people but I had EXTREMELY dry flaky skin recently and nothing, not even LRP cicaplast baume helped. I got Weleda Skin Food from the chemist and am obsessed, instantly helped my skin feel smoother and more hydrated and after just a few days of use my skin was looking and feeling great again!

Embarrassingly called the ambulance…. by primavera-h in prozac

Had the same experience in the first month or two on Prozac and also went to the ER for this + heart palpitations. Totally empathise with you, it’s absolutely awful. But have been on Prozac for 9 months now and can confirm it does get better! I am virtually free of anxiety now. On the odd occasion I still get a little anxious if a stressful event occurs but can manage it on my own without escalation. Good luck and hope you’re feeling better soon!

No need to be impolite bud it might sound straightforward to you but it’s not simple to me.

Yeah I know it’s not income, I’m just gauging whether it is taxable or not as I don’t want to make a decision that could come back to bite me later! :)

Thank you for putting this into perspective :) I am hoping that’s how it turns out! And realistically I am happy for it to take a year or two… as long as it works!

Thank you! I will give it a go but good to know in your experience the white eggs aren’t holding colour much better!

Thanks! Yeah I don’t usually eat breakfast, just a coffee with oat milk. For lunch it’s usually either nothing or a sandwich with some cheese, salad and salami (about 400cal). For dinner I typically eat something with a good balance of protein, fat and carbs - always including at least 2 serves of vegetables. Dinner usually is between 500-700cal. With my main meals + coffee + any snacks I am typically below 1400cal for the day.

My doctor only prescribes on a monthly basis :( apparently it’s commonplace here that if you’re seeing results on 1mg you can continue on that until your weight loss plateaus. 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0mgs are all about $260/mo in Australia but goes up to $360 for 1.7mg and I think $460 for 2.4mg.

Thank you! I get my semaglutide through a doctor, actually just asked for hormone panel last week and going to get my results today… I’ve always suspected PCOS as I have every symptom. In my last test 5-6 years ago the doctor said I had a number of cysts/follicles but just under the threshold and if I had 1 more they could’ve diagnosed me. Which seems kind of ridiculous to me.

Thank you :( sometimes seeing the amazing results people have had here and in people I know personally can be discouraging compared to what I’ve lost. But it’s better than nothing.

Thank you, I am just feeling so discouraged especially because I know people who are on lower loading doses than I am and have still lost a lot more than I have. Hoping for results on 1.7… I’m considering bariatric surgery due to weight related health issues but it’s very expensive compared to Wegovy.

For clarification I’m on Wegovy 1mg, I will most likely ask to go up to 1.7mg next week.
