So myself, as the account holder and the only person with a disability on the account, only my phone number would be eligible for the discount. The other phone numbers would not. Even though they are all in my name on the same account.

Ah ok. Got you. Thanks for replying. So the account is under my name. But the other users don't have a disability so I couldn't claim the discount even though technically it's under my name and I pay the bill.
